Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator role involves managing global supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials, finished goods and service parts. This position requires effective coordination with 3PL providers to drive improvements in cost and service performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate international shipments for inbound raw materials, cross-trade logistics and finished goods, adhering to relevant regulations and delivery timelines.
  • Manage domestic and international distribution of finished goods, service parts and loan devices, prioritizing cost control and quality assurance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with 3PL providers, focusing on meeting cost, compliance and service targets.
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement, generate forecasts and inventory reports to inform business decisions.
  • Represent the logistics function in cross-functional meetings and lead operational projects aimed at streamlining processes and eliminating inefficiencies.
Requirements
  • International freight experience is essential, with a proven track record in import/export operations.
  • Familiarity with domestic transportation and freight forwarding processes is required.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and supply chain systems is necessary, with the ability to create reports and data insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills are critical to success in this role.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • A self-motivated individual with adaptability and a process-oriented approach is ideal for this position.
