About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with stakeholders, including employers and job seekers, to deliver tailored employment solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and securing employment opportunities, supporting participants to develop skills and become job-ready, and delivering quality service while adhering to contractual requirements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
  • Support participants to identify skills and become job-ready
  • Deliver quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements

Requirements

We are seeking an eligible candidate who is passionate about empowering others to achieve their full potential. Key qualifications include eligibility to work in Australia, a current driver's licence, and MyGovID (Standard level). Additionally, you must be willing to complete a National Police Check and possess the ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
