**Job Title:** Receptionist/Administration Assistant


**Job Summary:**


We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our team at ILSC Education Group in Perth. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to the smooth operation of our campus.


**Key Responsibilities:



  • Reception Duties: Greet students, agents, and visitors, answer phone calls, and provide assistance with inquiries and directions.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage student placements, program Odyssey, and maintain accurate records in our systems.
  • Support Duties: Assist with marketing initiatives, campus events, and other tasks as required.

**Requirements:



  • Certificate or Diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven customer-service skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain a professional demeanor.

**Work Environment:


This is a part-time position, working hours: hours per week, Monday to Friday, between am and pm. Variable working hours on campus are required, and remote work is not possible.
