Support Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care community, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support and care to our clients living in our residential home.

Job Description:

As a Support Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life through various activities, including daily living assistance, personal hygiene support, mealtime assistance, and mobility aid.

You will also work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant certification in aged care, home and community care, disability support, or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with technology, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other digital tools
  • Ability to satisfy probity checks required by legislation or policies
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
