Job Opportunity: Hotel Services

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a key member of our hotel services unit.

  • You will play a vital role in ensuring the daily needs of our residents are met with exceptional service and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, plating, and serving food to our residents in a clean and safe environment.

  • Cleaning kitchen and dining room areas, including all related equipment, to maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation.

  • Ensuring excellent safety awareness and adhering to strict procedures to prevent accidents and promote a hazard-free environment.

  • Making each dining experience unforgettable and enjoyable for our elderly residents by providing exceptional customer service.

This is a physical role that requires you to perform tasks such as bending, squatting, lifting, and pushing items to carry out your daily tasks safely.

About You:

  • A minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience, preferably in the aged care sector.

  • Strong workplace safety skills, ability to follow set procedures, and good communication skills.

  • Ability to support residents around the dining halls and ensure a hazard-free environment.

  • Problem-solving skills, ability to work with limited supervision, and 'think on your feet'.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Hard-working, flexible, and available to cover shifts.
