We are seeking a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional to join our team at Korongee, a state-of-the-art purpose-built dementia care village.
This is a permanent part-time role for 54 hours per fortnight, including a mix of day, afternoon, and night shifts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to residents, working collaboratively as part of a cohesive team to pursue excellence in clinical, relationship, and emotional support.
To be eligible for this role, applicants must possess:
- A degree qualification in nursing
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience as an RN in charge
- A current practicing certificate
In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong clinical care capabilities, aged care experience, and knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
They should also have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a registered nurse, including after-hours leadership experience.
