About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Managing incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  3. Performing general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies.
  4. Maintaining office organization and ensuring a clean and welcoming reception area.
  5. Handling inquiries, assisting with customer service requests, and routing information to the relevant departments.
  6. Preparing and filing documents, managing office correspondence, and assisting with data entry.
  7. Supporting team members with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Friendly and professional phone manner.
