Lead a New Therapeutic Business Unit

Specialised Therapeutics is seeking a seasoned commercial leader to establish and lead a new therapeutic business unit in ANZ and SEA. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a pre- and post-launch strategy across multiple products and markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals

  • Contribute to the company culture and vision
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a commercial leader in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in people management and building high-performing teams
  • Strong strategic and executional marketing expertise
  • Knowledge of the ANZ Endocrinology market, with recent relationships highly desirable
  • External stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure to APAC markets will be advantageous
