We are in search of a dedicated and skilled OSHC Service Manager to lead our PCYC Yeppoon OSHC Service. Your Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will oversee and manage the service to ensure compliance with Government Regulations, Legislation, the National Quality Framework, and organizational standards. A key aspect of your role will be to cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships to enhance commitment to the PCYC brand while promoting a culture of safety aligned with PCYC Queensland values.
About You:
- Qualified Service Managers must possess a minimum Diploma in Childhood Studies or other qualifications recognized by the regulatory authority.
- Unqualified Service Managers must hold at least a Certificate III in Childhood Studies or other qualifications recognized by the regulatory authority and be working towards a Diploma in Childhood Studies or equivalent.
- Ability to assume the responsibilities of a Nominated Supervisor.
- Proven knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing OSHC operations.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a multidisciplinary OSHC team.
- Possess a Working with Children Check/Blue Card (or be eligible to obtain one).
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or be eligible to obtain one).
- Possess an open driver's license and be willing to operate a 12-seater minibus.
- Hold a light rigid or medium rigid driver's license, eligible to obtain an RDA (if undertaking Bus Driving duties).
- Possess a Queensland Transport Driver's Authorisation Card (if undertaking Bus Driving duties).
