About the Role

This position supports the strategic direction of Livingstone Shire Council by providing expert project management and contract administration services for the delivery of a range of capital infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide project management and contract administration expertise for the delivery of capital infrastructure projects.
  • Support the Council's direction by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of contractors, consultants, and other external parties.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and Council policies.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management, contract administration, and delivery of infrastructure projects.
  • Construction Industry Induction (White Card) and a current motor vehicle driver's license.
