SAP GRC/Security Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP GRC/Security Consultant to join our dynamic SAP Security team at Randstad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SAP security solutions, with a particular focus on GRC Access Controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and security requirements.
  • Lead workshops with business and Process Architects to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Implement and manage SAP GRC Access Controls modules, including ARM, BRM, EAM, and ARA.
  • Design roles with complex restrictions to strengthen SAP security protocols.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate security solutions within SAP S/4 HANA environments.
  • Identify and resolve security issues, presenting effective solutions to stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and project updates.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project success.
  • Stay current on SAP technologies and trends, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Australian citizenship and NV1 AGSVA Clearance are mandatory.
  • Extensive experience in SAP, including at least three full end-to-end project lifecycles.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Controls modules and security practices.
  • Experience with SAP IdM and general administration within the IdM toolset.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to drive issue resolution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
