Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to spearhead our store operations, drive sales and profitability, while ensuring exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily store activities, leading and developing a team of retail specialists, and maintaining high standards of financial management and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail specialists to achieve sales targets and provide superior customer service
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and contribute to the development of business plans and budgets
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Sound knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, pricing, and promotions
