Personalized Travel Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused travel professional to support clients in booking accommodations and curating unforgettable travel experiences. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service that exceeds client expectations.

  • Consult with clients to understand their preferences, travel goals, and budget requirements.
  • Recommend tailored travel solutions that align with client needs, including hotels, resorts, and other lodging options.
  • Coordinate reservations and handle booking confirmations, modifications, or special requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate client records and reservation details within our systems.
  • Build strong relationships with hospitality partners to secure excellent client experiences.
  • Stay informed on destination trends, new hotel openings, and seasonal offerings to provide expert recommendations.
  • Deliver responsive, friendly service that consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or reservations.
  • Familiarity with hotel booking platforms or reservation systems is an asset, but not required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
