The role of a Financial Assistance Specialist is to provide expert support to clients in moments of financial hardship.
About the Role- Evaluate and assess client applications for financial assistance, ensuring timely and personalized support.
- Analyse client situations comprehensively and develop tailored financial solutions.
- Negotiate with clients or their representatives on complex issues via various communication channels.
- Evaluate client applications and make informed decisions on financial assistance.
- Assess client situations and develop suitable financial remedies.
- Engage with clients and negotiate financial arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions.
- Tertiary qualification in Administration, Business or similar is desirable.
- Prior experience in Collections/Hardship within the banking & financial services industry.
- Strong customer focus and ability to deliver quality outcomes.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and relationship development skills.
- Support the investigation and resolution of client complaints as needed.
- Efficient time management and multitasking skills are essential.
- Prior experience in a Financial Services / contact centre environment is an advantage.
