Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and working collaboratively with colleagues to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the face of the company: Be the personality behind the beer pumps, an expert on the drink and food menus, and a friendly face that customers remember.
  • Maintain high standards: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety while working with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Know the menu: Know the menus inside out and make recommendations to customers.
  • Champion brand standards: Champion brand standards and provide a warm, helpful manner to everyone you meet.

Training and Development:

You will receive a mixture of face-to-face and remote training, including workshops and webinars, as well as regular reviews and feedback sessions. You will also have opportunities to give back to charity and enjoy benefits such as a 33% discount across all brands, funded qualifications up to degree level, and more.

  • 30 hours paid work every week
  • 16-20 year olds: £10.00 per hour, 21+ year olds: £12.21 per hour
