Our ideal candidate is a passionate and motivated Fitness Professional who is committed to delivering exceptional service and results-driven workouts to our members. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for creating tailored fitness plans, conducting personalized training sessions, and leading group training classes. Your expertise and enthusiasm will help our members achieve their fitness goals and develop a lifelong commitment to wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist members with their workouts on the gym floor, providing expert advice and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Conduct personalized training sessions, helping clients achieve their individual fitness goals.
• Lead and run group training classes, fostering a sense of teamwork and motivation in every session.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
• Fitness Registration certification.
• Certificate III and IV in Fitness or equivalent.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Working with Children Check.
Personal Attributes:
• Focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Understanding and enthusiasm for the leisure industry.
• Ability to provide coaching and mentoring to members.
• Relentless in their approach to delivering exceptional service.
