Our Swim School Team is thriving, and we are looking for new and qualified swim teachers to join us. As a swim teacher, you will be responsible for delivering safe, productive, innovative and exceptional swimming lessons. You will maintain a solid understanding of the Swim and Survive program, industry developments and the OH&S guidelines applicable to the facility. You will continuously display your ability to communicate and engage effectively with students, ensuring students of all abilities, ages and cultural needs receive an outstanding program. You will work relentlessly to engage with all students and parents regularly to maximise member retention opportunities. You will take pride in operating such an important community asset and ensure it is presented immaculately and always maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-calibre swim teaching
• Manage daily swim school operations
• Provide outstanding service delivery to all customers and stakeholders

• Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
• CPR Certificate (HLTAID011)
• Working with Children Check
