Support Worker Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to support people with disability in daily living and personal care. This role involves assisting with tasks, complex behaviors, and meaningful work engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support supported employees in daily living and personal care as per their plans
  • Use manual handling techniques specified in plans
  • Assist with tasks around the community
  • Respect cultural and religious backgrounds of supported employees and their families
  • Develop and review person-centered and behavior support plans
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Respond to incidents and injuries per policies and standards
