Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement activities across indirect categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies for professional services, HR, marketing, facilities, and IT support.
  • Lead sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Pursue savings, compliance, and process improvements through best practice procurement.
  • Support category strategy development and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in procurement with exposure to indirect spend.
  • A proven track record in sourcing, supplier engagement, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with procurement systems (SAP, Coupa, Ariba or similar).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
