This Opportunity

The Infrastructure Development Specialist will significantly contribute to business development activities, applying technical expertise to infrastructure project delivery and management. The role requires superior relationship building and communication skills, adapting to dynamic environments and situations to realize results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead specific components within projects and support the delivery of complex/challenging projects with minimal guidance.
  2. Accurately track project income, prepare management/financial reports, and apply project cost management techniques to work planning, budgeting, and expenditure monitoring.
  3. Take ownership of project deliverables and contribute to process improvement through innovative and cost-effective ideas and solutions.
  4. Play a key role in scoping and hiring diverse and inclusive project teams, leveraging local and global expertise.
  5. Assist with the identification and management of project risk and changing security contexts.

Requirements

  1. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent level of experience.
  2. Relevant work experience, preferably within a consulting or project management environment.
  3. Exposure to business development, ideally within a consulting or project management environment.
  4. Technical writing and verbal communication skills.
  5. Financial and commercial acumen, including excellent skills in Excel.
  6. Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively in teams and with clients.
  7. Highly developed organizational skills, agility, and the ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks, and work well under pressure.
  8. Flexibility to travel to various locations throughout the APAC region.
  9. Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, particularly in a multi-cultural environment.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on experience and location.
