Grounds & Maintenance Attendant - Park Custodian

We are seeking a skilled and diligent Grounds & Maintenance Professional to join our team in Perth, WA.
This role involves performing daily tasks to ensure the park remains clean, tidy, and well presented. Responsibilities will include maintaining condition and cleanliness of park facilities, performing general grounds upkeep, carrying out repairs and routine maintenance tasks on park accommodation and facilities, managing and maintaining park equipment and tools, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff, responding to guest requests promptly and professionally.
Requirements- Previous experience in grounds keeping is essential.
- Skilled in building and grounds maintenance tasks.
- Attention to detail to ensure the safety and aesthetic appeal of the property.
- Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment and power tools.
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility to work over a 7-day roster.
- Trade qualified is desirable.
- Prior experience with pool maintenance would be advantageous.
- A current valid driver's license is mandatory.

Please note that this role may involve extensive manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
