Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Operational Team Lead to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of facilities and equipment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to inform decision-making and drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills.
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate.
  • Working with Children's check and National Police Check clearance.
  • Pool Lifeguard qualifications.
