Maintenance Services Professional

We are seeking a professional to deliver safe and effective maintenance services across our road network.
This is an opportunity for a skilled individual to make a lasting impact on the future of our cities and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure the quality of maintenance works
- Identify defects and non-conformances, and prepare reports
- Manage work orders, asset data, and compliance audits in Maximo
- Monitor and report on health and safety standards, recommending corrective actions
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, working closely with community teams
- Engage with contractors and service providers to ensure high standards are met
- Provide technical advice, condition assessments, and compliance reporting
- Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in engineering management, asset risk, and health and safety in maintenance environments
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Able to engage, negotiate, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in civil, mechanical, or electrical infrastructure is highly regarded
