About the Role- We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures.
- Carrying out safety inspections and maintaining records of tests and certifications.
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to after-hours emergency calls.
- Demonstrated experience in building maintenance or related trades.
- Qualifications or experience in electrical, mechanical engineering, plumbing, or HVAC highly regarded.
- Physical requirements including ability to carry up to 12kgs independently, climb ladders, bend, sit / stand / walk for extended periods.
- Knowledge of health and safety risks (manual handling, site safety, chemicals, trip hazards).
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office & database management).
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
