Regional Marketing Lead

Are you a seasoned marketer with a passion for travel and storytelling? We're seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our regional marketing initiatives in Australia and New Zealand.
This exciting role involves executing global marketing strategies tailored to the Oceania market, managing and adapting end-to-end campaigns across digital, print, trade, and social channels. You will work closely with internal global teams and local partners to drive visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing or campaign management, preferably within travel, tourism, or consumer brands. A strong understanding of the Australian and New Zealand travel consumer landscape is essential.
About This Role- Localise and execute global campaigns for Australia and New Zealand (Oceania)
- Deliver effective and locally relevant campaigns that support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and conversion in Oceania
- Lead multi-channel campaign rollouts across paid, owned, and earned media
- Collaborate with media, trade, and promotional partners to enhance reach and impact
- Monitor and report on regional campaign performance, audience engagement, and ROI
- Support regional activations, events, and incentives
- Be recognised as the go-to expert for marketing implementation in Oceania market
