As a bus driver with our organization, you will play a vital role in keeping the community moving. No day is ever the same as the last, and you will deliver a range of bus services including public and school routes, rail replacement, charter, and special events.

We currently have multiple positions for full-time bus drivers across our depots in Melbourne's South East region - Oakleigh. We are searching for passionate people who enjoy driving and want to service their community, whilst delivering exceptional customer experiences in the safe transportation of passengers.

Applicants must be willing and flexible to work a rotating roster, which includes weekends, early morning, and late-night shifts. In return, we offer ongoing support and training to our drivers, top industry rates, and stable employment in a secure industry.

Key Requirements

">

- A current Victorian MR or HR Licence
- Heavy vehicle driving experience is highly regarded, but not completely essential as we do provide extensive driver training
- Customer-focused individuals with the desire to provide assistance when required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Safe driving record
- High regard for safety, road rules, and regulations
- Ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances including Driver's Accreditation (DC), Working With Children Card (WWCC), and Police Check
