Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology Lead to develop bespoke applications in the banking domain. The successful candidate will interface with clients to elicit technical requirements, design and develop technical components, and work closely with the Technical Solution Architect and Functional Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refine technical requirements to ensure alignment with client needs
  • Manage deliverables, prioritizing tasks and estimating timelines
  • Develop expertise in front-end technologies and design patterns
  • Work in agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Design and develop customer-facing web applications
Requirements
  • Proficient in Spring Microservices, Spring Rest, and Spring Boot
  • Experience in Core Java (JDK 8+), Swagger, REST API, and JAX-RS
  • Strong hands-on experience with source code management systems and CI/CD tools
  • Experience with Mavin, Gradle, Junit test, and Mockito
  • Experience in all phases of SDLC, including requirement analysis, implementation, and maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent customer interfacing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
