About Your New Role

Leading the technology function for a global organization is a strategic opportunity to drive innovation and growth.

You will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for IT queries within the company and externally with partners and clients.
  • Developing and mentoring a high-performing team of 10 individuals.
  • Creating and implementing a comprehensive technology strategy roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
  • Ensuring the IT environment is optimized, scalable, and secure.
  • Providing technical leadership on IT infrastructure, networks, and applications, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Overseeing IT projects to ensure timely delivery, meeting quality standards, and staying within budget constraints.

Requirements:

  • Hold an IT-related degree, preferably with an MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Possess hands-on skills in technical leadership positions, with a proven track record of success.
  • Have led teams supporting user communities of at least 200 seats, demonstrating expertise in managing complex systems.
  • Have worked with executive teams, liaising with senior leaders to drive business outcomes.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of technology and understanding of how businesses operate, with a focus on innovation and disruption.
