Job Description:As a Disability Employment Services Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting participants to transform their lives. You will work collaboratively with employers and participants to deliver tailored employment solutions that cater to their unique needs. The role is fast-paced, dynamic, and focused on achieving exceptional outcomes and making a meaningful impact.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
- Support participants to develop skills required to become job-ready
- Deliver high-quality services while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements
- Enhance participants' employability through training and referrals to support services
- Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
