Job Summary:

The Assistant in Nursing works under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing support to the nursing team in delivering person-centered care in collaboration with individuals and healthcare teams.

  • Capacity to identify and resolve conflict situations through emotional management and professional interaction
  • Commitment to maintaining competence and enhancing skills through ongoing personal development
