Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital campaigns across Paid Social, Search, and Programmatic channels to drive business growth and attract values-aligned customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver best-practice strategies across social, search, and programmatic channels.
  • Monitor industry trends and apply insights to enhance media strategy, creative execution, and campaign relevance.
  • Utilize analytics and marketing mix modelling tools to generate performance insights and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Deliver regular reporting on campaign performance, including competitor analysis, optimization insights, and quarterly marketing updates.
Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications, accompanied by strong experience in digital marketing and media buying.
  • Proven expertise in planning and executing complex digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical and optimization skills, including A/B testing and utilisation of MMM tools like Mutinex.
  • A solid understanding of the digital landscape, encompassing CDPs, ad servers, dynamic creative, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, characterised by a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset.
