About the Role

At Talent Focus, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Education Program Lead to join our Outside School Hours Care service in the ACT region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with children and has strong leadership skills to manage a team of Educators. You will be responsible for developing and implementing an engaging child-centered program, fostering healthy relationships with children, parents, and the school community, and leading a team of Educators onsite.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. About the Service

Our Outside School Hours Care service provides a safe and supportive environment for children aged 5-12 years. We offer a range of activities and experiences that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development, including STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an engaging child-centered program
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, parents, and the school community
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including compliance and administration
Requirements
  • Australian work rights
