About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Coordinator to lead our Outside School Hours Care service at a primary school in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).

As a Lead Coordinator, you will manage a team of Educators and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your service, including compliance and administration.

  • You will develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft.
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
About the Service

You will be working under the roof ratio, allowing you to move among the groups of students and team members.

  • Has strong and clear communication skills.
  • Is a team player with a desire to become a service leader.
  • Can hold or obtain a national police check and a state check for working with children.

The estimated salary for this role is AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
