Drive Business Growth as a Structural Project Technical Lead/Team Leader

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive business growth by leading strategic marketing, client engagement, and project delivery.

  • Lead project delivery from concept design through to construction, ensuring technical excellence while balancing workload and promoting collaboration across offices.
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships, identifying new opportunities and contributing to strategic planning and growth initiatives.
  • Oversee project financials, including fee proposals, resourcing, budgeting, and profitability.
  • Manage and mentor engineers and drafters within the team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Peer review of design work and documentation to ensure quality and compliance.

For this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 10 years' relevant project technical experience in the consulting or engineering industry. CPEng/NER accreditation and registered Design Practitioner are highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10 years' relevant project technical experience in the consulting or engineering industry.
  • CPEng/NER accreditation and registered Design Practitioner (highly desirable).
