We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our brand new outside school hours care service in Beaconsfield. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service and ensuring that children receive high-quality care and education.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and care, with experience in leading teams and managing programs. You will be passionate about delivering engaging and interactive activities that promote learning and development in children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs
