We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Case Manager to join our Intensive Therapeutic Care team on the Central Coast.

This full-time, permanent role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable children and young people, supporting recovery from trauma and promoting positive life outcomes.

As a Case Manager, you will work closely with clients, families, and service providers to assess needs, develop tailored care plans, and monitor progress. You will also support transitions through and out of care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field;
  • Experience with trauma-informed care and child protection;
  • An understanding of the ITC model;
  • Unrestricted driver's license and own vehicle.
