Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage inventory levels, drive sales, and minimize risks.
  • Provide weekly performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify opportunities and risks, and make recommendations to maximize sales and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement category strategies that drive business growth.
  • Manage and forecast core lines based on sales trends, and develop short-term and long-term category strategies with the Buyer.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date reports and analytics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Merchandise Planning role.
  • Proven experience in Ecommerce is essential.
  • Experience within a fashion retailer is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with data to inform business decisions.
