Clinical Care Professional

Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a stable and rewarding opportunity? We have an exciting Full-time position available for a Clinical Partner to join our Home Care team in Western Sydney.

This role offers a perfect blend of clinical expertise and work-life balance, with guaranteed hours and stability between Monday and Friday. As a Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting your team, ensuring the highest level of clinical care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Clinical Care of clients in the Western Sydney Region
  • Responsible for the clinical assessment of each Home Care Package client
  • Provide ongoing clinical support, advice, and hands-on clinical care as required
  • Support with COVID escalations and care worker education
  • Lead, support, and mentor your team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA clinical qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong knowledge of Home Care packages and ideally working within a multisite environment
  • Willingness to travel between sites and hold a current Australian licence and access to your own car
