About the Role

Chandler Macleod is currently recruiting multiple APS5 Co-design and Engagement Officers to work in a temporary 6-month contract role with our federal government client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate and inform mainstream services to improve participant experience and increase social and economic participation.
  • Maintain local relationships with key stakeholders to support effective engagement.
  • Work as part of a high-performing team to engage with people with disability, their families, and carers using a nationally consistent approach.
  • Represent the NDIA at external forums and events, providing information and guidance to people with disability and the wider community.
  • Deliver engagement activities and projects against the NDIA Engagement strategy by applying communication and engagement experience.
  • Manage the state/territory engagement inbox, acting as a point of escalation for the triaging of enquiries and requests.
