About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Senior Scientist to join our NPD team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing experiments, developing creative solutions, and helping translate research into commercially viable products.

Your work will directly contribute to the successful launch of innovation projects, ensuring products consistently meet performance, safety, and sustainability standards.

About You:

  • Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline; advanced qualifications are highly regarded.
  • Industrial experience in coatings, paints, or related fields, with strong bench chemistry and formulation expertise.
  • Proven track record in product development, with knowledge of coatings systems such as polyurethane, epoxy, waterborne, and solvent borne technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, anticipate risks, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
