Job Opportunity
">A prominent property group is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to assist with the execution of large-scale development projects.
">About the Role
">We are looking for a skilled professional to draft and review documentation for construction consultancy and development projects. This includes advising on land acquisitions, estate sales, divestments, and major project transactions. Additionally, you will support commercial and industrial leasing matters, including agreements for lease and finalisation of leasing documentation.
">Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate documentation for construction consultancy and development projects;">
- Advise on land acquisitions, estate sales, divestments, and major project transactions;">
- Support commercial and industrial leasing matters, including agreements for lease and finalisation of leasing documentation;">
- Manage due diligence processes, including coordination of data rooms and Q&A;">
- Prepare and maintain precedents templates and confidentiality agreements in line with risk parameters;">
Requirements
">- ">
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a law firm or in-house environment with a strong focus on property;">
- Experience in leasing acquisitions and large-scale property transactions;">
- Commercial acumen and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement;">
- Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities;">
