About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled agronomists to join our team. As a key member of our Graduate Agronomy program, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice on crop management, soil health, and pest control.

You will be based in one of our state-of-the-art facilities located in Forbes NSW (Broadacre agronomy), Gilgandra NSW (Broadacre agronomy) or Goulburn Valley VIC (Horticulture agronomy). You will work closely with our experienced agronomists and field services team to develop the skills to provide growers with advanced agronomic advice and solutions.

The graduate program will commence in early 2026, offering you a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build your network, and accelerate your career in agriculture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on crop management, soil health, and pest control
  • Work closely with growers to develop tailored solutions to improve crop yields and quality
  • Contribute to the development of new technologies and practices in agriculture
Requirements
  • Recent graduate or about to graduate with tertiary qualifications in agronomy or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable to change and effective interpersonal skills
  • A keen interest in agricultural production and technology
