We're seeking a Strategic Marketing Leader to drive our brand's growth in Australia, creating high-impact campaigns that inspire millions to engage, donate, and make a difference.

This role requires a hands-on leader with a keen eye for detail, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for building brands. The ideal candidate will have worked in a start-up or scale-up environment balancing the need for brand building while testing and evolving their creative and media strategies, constantly analysing and learning from results to drive direct response and maximise business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Development - Execute a tailored brand strategy that aligns with global objectives while being adapted to the Australian market.
  • Creative & Campaign Leadership - Develop and oversee engaging campaigns across TV, digital, and social media to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Growth & Commercial Impact - Lead marketing efforts that directly contribute to business growth, monitoring key performance metrics like CAC and ROI to optimise spend.
  • Direct Response & Media Strategy - Design and implement performance-driven campaigns that deliver immediate results while strengthening long-term brand equity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams, including product, legal, finance, and PR, to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation - Use analytics to refine targeting, creative execution, and promotional strategies for maximum impact.
