The Opportunity

We are seeking a Finance Business Analyst to join our Property Finance team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will support the management of our owned assets and employee office network, helping us understand the financial performance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare property-focused month-end, year-end, and balance sheet reconciliations, review performance vs. budget, and generate insights.
  • Review current year Net Rental Income (NRI) assumptions, update forecasts, provide variance analysis, insight, and reporting, and facilitate internal reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Support the annual budget preparation, including NRI, Depreciation, Overhead, and Disposal assumptions, and provide insightful analysis and commentary as required.
  • Administer overhead costs, including accruals, recharges, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, drive efficiency through process engineering, and support change initiatives.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a commercial thinker with strong business planning and analytical skills, able to business partner with individuals at all levels across the business. You'll have a CA/CPA qualification (or studying) with an Undergraduate/Masters Degree in Accounting or similar, experience in preparing, developing, and analysing key financial information, excellent stakeholder management, and experience in Google Sheets, Intermediate Excel skills, and SAP (preferred).
