Trainee Role

This School-Based Traineeship offers Year 10 students the chance to work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a retail branch.

The Job:

As a trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Processing sales and managing stock effectively
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up services to customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of presentation and cleanliness at the branch

You will work approximately one and a half days per week. Saturday availability is essential, and additional hours during school holidays are recommended to support your progress.
