Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients on creative briefs in the showroom, utilizing your eye for design and flair for putting together colours, materials, and fixtures.
- Conduct sales and design consults, ensuring services are consistent and meeting client expectations.
- Grow and maximize sales, leads, and opportunities through proactive and professional collaboration with customers, teams, and departments.
- Process quotes, invoices, and orders via email or phone, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion.
- Assist other team members and stakeholders with sales and design enquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
- High level of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Driven and focused attitude, with a commitment to assisting clients achieve their desired outcomes.
- Project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to problem solve and think critically, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Proficiency in using systems such as Salesforce, Ring DNA, and Woo Commerce, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Availability to work across Monday to Saturday, with flexibility to work in various locations and be on call when needed.
- Qualification in Interior Design or relevant industry experience, with a passion for design and sales.
