Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifeguard to join our team as a Pool Supervisor. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests in our sun-soaked deck and lively Splash Bar area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Splash Bar area, providing a secure and welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Current Pool Lifeguard Award, First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 Provide First Aid), and CPR (HLATID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Statement of Attainments.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Demonstrated experience in pool supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
