The Magistrates' Court provides justice for the people of Victoria in metropolitan and regional courts.
We are seeking a qualified professional to provide case management support to individuals with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering holistic, strengths-based, and collaborative case management services.
This role involves working within the court environment to develop person-centered individual support plans through assessment and treatment planning. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing case management support to clients with complex needs
- Developing individual support plans through assessment and treatment planning
- Preparing reports on client progress
