
Advanced NDT Lead Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) professional to lead our shutdown crews and ensure safe, efficient maintenance of fixed plant equipment during major campaigns.
This is a high-impact role focused on ensuring peak performance of lubrication and grease systems across fixed plant equipment. You will work closely with clients to deliver accurate SMP estimates that shape major projects and influence key tender outcomes in a dynamic team environment.
The successful applicant will have a strong background in NDT methods, advanced skills, and a passion for making safety their legacy. This role offers a competitive salary, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out high integrity NDT and Inspection work
- Liaise with clients and provide clear and concise results and information as required
- Prepare and compile worksheets and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- ISO 9712 UT1/MT2/PT2 certification
- Previous NDT / inspection experience with formal qualifications in Non-Destructive Testing
- ISO 9712 RT2, EC2, IRIS (highly desirable)
- Experience working in mining, industrial or power settings background
- Experience carrying out NDT inspections, analysing data and preparing reports
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical + drug and alcohol screening
