Key Responsibilities- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with local and international food regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation for regulatory submissions and compliance.
- Nutritional Assessments: Conduct nutritional assessments and provide expert advice on product formulations, working closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams to ensure regulatory and nutritional standards are met.
- Regulatory Strategies: Participate in the development and implementation of regulatory strategies to support new product development, reviewing and approving product labels to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on regulatory and nutritional requirements, supporting the consumer services department in answering nutrition or technical consumer enquiries.
We are looking for experienced regulatory compliance and nutrition professionals with a strong background in the industry. You should have a bachelor's degree in nutrition, food science, or a related field, with strong knowledge of food regulations and best practices. Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, are essential.
